Go to the Register Now page and fill out the registration form letting me know you are interested. Once I’ve received your registration information, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to know you have joined the class!! The e-mail will also include the full Registration Form to bring on Day 1.

What is the Pre Camp Evaluation?

The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:

The day camp starts I will review your medical history and I will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. I don’t care what the measurements show. It’s strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. I will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don’t matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 3-5% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!

What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring one set of 5-8 lb. hand weights and a thick exercise mat (no yoga mats). You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with. In the Winter, bring gloves and dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast! You can purchase hand weights and mats at any Walmart, Target, Academy or Dick’s.

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of women go to camp?

They are people just like you. They range in age from 20 – 50. Some have never exercised, some are competitive athletes, and most are somewhere in between. Some have over 100 pounds of fat to lose, and some need to gain weight. Some have had surgeries, injuries or recent multiple births. Some have husbands overseas, some have eating disorders, some have disabled children waiting for them at home. They are a group of women who want something better for themselves. They want results, they want to feel great and many want to lose weight. They want to reclaim their energy, feel attractive and be the very best they can be. These women are looking to jump start their fitness and get fast results. They are determined and committed and many admit they were scared to sign up and get started, but were thrilled they did.

What can I achieve from camp?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. If weight loss is your goal, we provide the tools to help you drop fat quickly.  Also, you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You will gain valuable insight regarding how to make exercise, healthful eating, and well-being a permanent and enjoyable part of your life.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, I can offer you a refund ONLY if you notify us prior to your session start date. Otherwise, you may opt for me to credit you toward a future camp.  Once you begin your camp, you do not get “credit” or refunds for missed days.  If your extended absence is due to an unforeseen doctor’s-excused illness or injury, I will work with you in crediting you on the next camp on a case-by-case basis.  This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. Boot Camp works for you because of your consistent commitment to attending each class day.  This policy helps to keep you accountable to YOURSELF.

What is a typical day like at camp?

Each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. Workouts incorporate some intense walking/light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training each week. Modifications to the exercises will be made based on any special conditions you may have. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level and commitment to participation. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dress sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!

What will I do after camp is over?

You will get re-measured to show your progress and success in the program. More than 80% of the campers return for the next camp!!
