Common questions about the bootcamp
What kind of people go to bootcamp?
Ladies just like you! Some of our boot campers just need to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some are tired of the same old workout routine and are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. Most of our campers have some history of exercise, but it’s not required. I make the program just right for your ability level. Everything in boot camp is designed to be crawl-walk-run. No matter what your current fitness level you can do this.
Remember, ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE ACCEPTED and ENCOURAGED TO TRY! This means YOU!
What is a typical day like at bootcamp?
We don’t have typical days — if you want the same routine day after day, then you would probably want to join a fitness center. You can expect a mixture of resistance training using equipment such as jump ropes, bodyweight, and dumbbells. Cardiovascular training will be done each day as well, including jogging, walking & cardio circuits. Each day is designed to be fun and different, but never boring!

Classes are outdoors but under a large pavilion with shade.
How long is each class?
Classes last 1 hour. We start at 9am and end at 10am. (Plan to be there 10-15 minutes before on your first day to take your measurements.)
When can I start?
It depends on how soon you register. If I have a lot of people who purchase the LivingSocial deal, the class will fill up. There is a chance you will be placed on a waiting list or registered for the following month, but I will place people in classes as soon as I can.
Can I do the boot camp if I am really out of shape?
Yes, most likely. As long as you don’t have any major injuries or health issues, we start beginners with modifications and gradually progress. Just realize most everyone who starts this program will be sore, and it is not easy, but it is a lot of fun and very effective.
How much is your regular bootcamp in case I really like the program and decide to join afterwards?
$100 per month for unlimited classes M-F for a 4 week session, 20 classes total. This provides you with the option to attend as much as you can and will give you the best results.
